Immunization Requirements

Prior to starting clinical rotation proof of vaccination or a titer showing immunity for the following must be submitted.

• Varicella (chicken pox)
• Measles, Mumps, and Rubella
• Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis
• Hepatitis B
• An annual TB test is required and CPR certification (for Healthcare Professionals) must be maintained by the student during the duration of their training.
• The cost of vaccinations or titers along with the TB test and CPR card are assumed by the student.
