Studies current mark-up languages and layout, techniques for creating engaging, well-designed, Web pages; identify the target audience and, produce websites according to accessibility, standards, cultural appearance, and, legal issues.

Emphasis placed on use of Cascading Style Sheets, (CSS) and XML.
