Class instruction in the fundamentals of keyboard technique for beginning piano students, in a classroom equipped with individual keyboards.

Introduction to the piano keyboard with emphasis on reading music, major scales, and simple harmonizations.

This course is required for transfer music majors and is open to non-music majors.
