Private instruction in arranging and composition with goals related to commercial music.

The student will demonstrate proficiency in commercial music repertoire and technique; develop a professional, disciplined approach to performance skills; and present a juried performance for faculty.

Corequisite: Concurrent enrollment in a Commercial Music Ensemble - exceptions must be approved by program director.

Semester Hour 1 (1 lec/3 lab).
