PHED 2110 F5 - Advanced Weight Training

This class will emphasize individualized weight training programs using a variety of the latest training methods.

Each student will develop personal strength goals.

Standardized strength tests will be used to determine results.

Prerequisite: PHED 1110.

Semester Hour 1 (3 activity).
