DRAM 2336 01 - Voice for the Actor

Principles, practices, and exercises in awareness, relaxation, freedom, flexibility, and expressiveness in the actor's vocal instrument.
Application of the performer's use of the voice as a creative instrument of effective communication.
Encourages an awareness of the need for vocal proficiency and employs techniques designed to improve the performer's speaking abilities.
Required of theatre majors.
Prerequisite: DRAM 1351 or concurrent enrollment or consent of the instructor.
