Vocational Nursing

Continuation of Nursing in Health and Illness II.

Further study of common medical, surgical and health problems of the client.

Incorporates knowledge necessary to make the transition from student to graduate vocational nurse.

Includes respiratory, AIDS, cardiovascular, neurological, eye, ear, male reproductive, urinary, liver, biliary, pancreas, and gastrointestinal.

Nutritional concepts will be included.

Capstone for Level III students.

Prerequisites: VNSG 1509 and 1260.

Corequisite: VNSG 1261.
