Medical Laboratory Technician

An introduction to the principles, procedures, physiological basis,and significance of testing performed in Clinical Chemistry.Includes quality control, reference values, and safety.Utilizes a student laboratory for experiences in basic clinical chemistry procedures.

Prerequisites: Successful completion of all previous semesters of MLAB courses with a grade of C or better.

Semester Hours 4 (3 lec/3 lab).
