Class instruction in the fundamentals of keyboard technique for advanced piano students, in a classroom equipped with individual keyboards.

Continuation of MUSI 1181.

Emphasis is on reading skills, major and minor scales, arpeggios, cadences, and simple harmonizations.

Prerequisite: MUSI 1181 or consent of instructor prior to enrollment.
