This course reinforces the fundamental concepts of appropriate walking programs.
This course will emphasize developing a walking program individualized for each students unique needs.
Students will be refreshed on the: proper warm up, cool down, walking techniques, use of proper clothing and shoes, weight loss, safety, flexibility, walking tests and mental benefits.
1 Semester Hour (3 activity).
