Instruction in web design and related graphic design including mark-up languages, and browser issues.

The student will identify how the Internet functions; apply desgn techniques in the creation and optimization of graphics and other elements; demonstrate the use of World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) formatting and layout standards; and design and build a web site.

Semester Hours 3 (2 lec/2 lab).
