Foundations is a quantitative literacy-based course designed to provide students with the skills and conceptual understanding for success in a college-level statistics or quantitative literacy course.
It is organized around big mathematical and statistical ideas.
Foundations will help students develop conceptual understanding and acquire multiple strategies for solving problems.
Prerequisites: Minimum TSI score for developmental math.
Corequisite MATH 1332 or MATH 1342.
Semester Hours 3 (3 lec).
