Fundamental concepts of the law of wills, trusts, and probate administration emphasizing the paralegal's role.

Topics include: legal terminology; analyzing sources relating to wills, trusts, and probate administration; drafting documents commonly used in wills, trusts, and probate administration; and analyzing ethical considerations of the paralegals roll in wills, trusts and probate administration.

Semester Hours 3 (2 lec/ 2 lab).
