Interpreter Training

Continued development of discourse analysis and interpreting skills for increasingly complex tasks.

Utilization of consecutive and simultaneous interpreting scenarious including monologues and dialogues.

Emphasizes skill development, self-analysis, and peer evaluation.

Prerequisite: SLNG 2401 with a grade of C or consent of the Program Director.

Semester Hours 4 (3 lec/3 lab).
