Topics include: legal termilogy relating to civil litigation; analyzing sources relating to civil litigation and applicable court rules; drafting documents used in civil litigation; analyzing ethical considerations of the paralegal relating to civil litigation.

Recommended: Passing score on the TSI Assessment or concurrent enrollment of INRW 0302.
