Paralegal

Presents fundamental principles and structure of management, administrative and substantive systems in the law office.

Includes law practice technology as applied to paralegals.

Topics include: analyzing fundamental principles of management, administration and subtantive systems of the law office; implementing use of technology in the management and administration of the law office; analyzing the ethical consideras of the paralegal law office.

Recommended: Passing score on the TSI Assessment or concurrent enrollment in INRW 0302.
