Surgical Technology

A health-related, work-based learning experience that enables the student to apply specialized occupational theory, skills, and concepts.

Direct supervision is provided by the clinical professional.

Prerequisites: Successful completion of SRGT 1660 with a grade of C or better.

Successful completion of previous SRGT courses with grade of C or better and successful completion of the practical exam with a grade of 80 or better.

Current enrollment in SRGT 1442, SRGT 1391 Semester hours 6 (19.5 clinical hours/week).
